Vale Trustee Network

Are your Trustees missing out on FREE EXPERT ADVICE?

The Vale of Glamorgan Trustee Network provides the opportunity to access FREE up to the minute professional expertise on issues critical to good governance and management. The Network is the only local forum dedicated to responding specifically to the requirements Trustees encounter in undertaking their governance roles and responsibilities. In the past 12 months the Network has received presentations covering:

   bulletpoint.gif Insurance and Trustee liability,
bulletpoint.gif  Financial Accounting and Voluntary Organisations,
bulletpoint.gif  Employment Regulations (Sexual Orientation and Religion & Belief)

These important topics were dealt with by professionals who are experts in their field; practitioners who are working with a range of charities and voluntary organisations on a day-to-day basis and are able to respond to Trustee concerns by providing practical advice and guidance based on the latest statutory requirements.

If you are a Trustee, or have Trustees who want to remain well informed about the latest developments critical to fulfilling the role of Trustee, then the Vale of Glamorgan Trustee Network offers an excellent opportunity to learn from the experts whilst exchanging information and insights with other local Trustees.

The next meeting date is:

Thursday 28th October 2010 (all commence at 2pm).

All meetings will be held in Unit 1, Barry Community Enterprise Centre, Skomer Road, Barry unless otherwise advised.
